The idea for Himachal Cider was born in the year 2012, one evening in a cozy bar in Yorkshire, UK. Clive and his British colleague, both lovers of Curries, were deep in conversation when an intriguing thought struck them, that there is no Indian Cider available to accompany the curry anywhere

The idea for Himachal Cider was born in the year 2012, one evening in a cozy bar in Yorkshire, UK. Clive and his British colleague, both lovers of Curries, were deep in conversation when an intriguing thought struck them, that there is no Indian Cider available to accompany the curry anywhere

With this spark of creativity, Clive set out to experiment in India. They began small, testing various apple blends, fermentation methods, and unique flavour profiles that would marry well with the complex tastes of curry dishes. They Exported First batch of 20ft container of their made in India Cider called Himachal Premium Indian Cider, This Himachal cider quickly gained popularity among friends and locals, who found the refreshing, subtly fizzy drink the perfect companion to their meals. Word spread, and what started as a fun experiment soon turned into a burgeoning business.

From there, the idea grew into creating “Himachal हो!, Premium Indian Cider for the Indian Market. A product that goes beyond just apples, embracing craftsmanship, innovation, and the spirit of community. It wasn’t just about creating a drink; it was about crafting an experience that brought people together, celebrating the harmony between cider and the rich culinary traditions of both India and the UK.

And so, cider became not only a drink but a bridge between cultures, a celebration of Flavors, and a tradition in its own right
